"Based on our experience selling our home, we would like to recommend Karen Earnest to you as a diligent and effective real estate sales agent, who is very results oriented.
We selected Karen Earnest as our agent following a fairly extensive due diligence process. Our decision involved a search of Realtors who had sold homes in our neighborhood, and in our town. Following a detailed internet comparison, we narrowed down our choices to the three market leaders and brought each of them in to discuss why we should choose them and how they would market our home.
